We will deliver to any address you choose in the U.K. (including N.IRELAND and the Channel Islands):
We offer the following delivery options:

UK working days - Monday to Friday excluding public and bank holidays.
Our courier will deliver your parcel between the hours of 8am and 6pm. A signature may be required on receipt.
If you are not around to accept your parcel, the courier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done.
NEXT DAY / NOMINATED DAY / SATURDAY DELIVERY
On the morning of your delivery, you will be notified by text or email of your 1 hour delivery slot between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
If for any reason this is not convenient, you can use the text and/or email received to change the delivery date
A calling card will be posted if you are out during the delivery time. You will be able to rearrange another delivery time at no extra cost
CLICK AND COLLECT
Click and Collect is a delivery option available on our website.
This option allows customers to have an order delivered to any Stead and Simpson or Shoe Zone store nationwide.
Your order will arrive within 5 working days from being placed and you will be notified by email.
You will also have the option of being notified by text message when the order is available for collection.
Details of the stores address and opening times will be on the email.
Please note that you must collect your order within 30 calendar days starting from the day of delivery at the chosen delivery store. If you do not collect your order within 30 calendar days your order will be cancelled by us and a refund processed.
Any delivery charge paid at time of ordering will be deducted from your refund.
Return or Exchange of an Item
We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched to you – and we hope that you are happy with your purchase.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original unworn condition within 90 days from the date of order.
Return to a store:
For an immediate refund or exchange, you can take the item in its original unworn condition to any Stead & Simpson or Shoe Zone store nationwide. Please note you must have your delivery note with you.

Return by post:
We will issue a refund on receipt of the item in its original unworn condition.
- the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
- the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- unless sent by Special Delivery the parcel may take up to 7 working days to reach us.

We are unable to process any exchange requests by post. If you require an exchange, please take your item to a store of your choice.
Faulty Unworn Items
If the item received is faulty on receipt, please contact Online Customer Services quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for the return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise how to proceed with the return.
Alternatively, you may return this item to a store.
